We spent two of the five weeks in May hanging out with family at the beach. Our first trip was to Watercolor,FL, where the water more than lived up to it's name. When our adventures were finally over and the unpacking fairy (who is strangely enough named Mommy) had settled down we had to implement some self talk to get through the days. All of the sudden, hanging out in the backyard didn't really seem that exciting anymore. Sorry sweet Mia- the ocean cannot come home with us.

| Hmmm... I wonder how I can score some of those plane snacks. |
| Daddy faster... pool, pool, pool. |
| I've never been in a bathtub this big... guess I'll just potty and snack on this hat. |
| Relaxing- a girl's best friend. |
| Really people, do I have to do everything myself? |
| No pictures, no comments. |
| Can you tell me when 20 minutes is up so I can turn over? |
| Getting my nourishment for the day. |
| I figured out if I would skip my nap then I could hang out in my chariot, and it would eventually take me to the beach. So, I just decided to forgo all sleep for the week. |
| So, it is a horse that lives in the sea? |
| Aunt Libby I think these glasses would add a nice flavor to my sippy cup handle... whatdaya say? |
| Ummm... no, no, no, no, no. |
| My first time in the Atlantic ocean. |
| I much prefer to hang out here and sift for treasures. |
| Uncle Brian, you might be a little sweaty... |
| Happy Mommy's Day! To celebrate I decided we should have a slumber party in the suburban all night long! We talked and giggled the night away until midnight when Daddy started driving and then I couldn't hold my heavy eyes open anymore. Bummer, I wanted to celebrate all night long. Oh well, there's always next year! |
| We're gonna need a pick-me-up after that night Granddad. |
| And some more pool time... |
If we each get a carry-on, are you sure there is no way we can take this back with us?
